These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Annie Marketing Studio’s website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Annie Marketing Studio provides marketing consulting and creative services, including but not limited to:

• Brand design & creative materials

• Website design

• Marketing campaigns

All services are customized and delivered on a project-by-project basis.
2. Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are provided upon request and are valid for 14 days.

• Work begins only after written approval and any required deposit is received.

• All payments are due in full by the agreed-upon date in the service agreement.

• Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of work.

3. Communication
We primarily communicate via email and WhatsApp.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely feedback and required materials to meet project deadlines.
4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and materials created by Annie Marketing Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• After full payment, rights are transferred to the client, except for any stock images, fonts, or third-party materials licensed to the client.

• Annie Marketing Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Obtain necessary permissions for any third-party content provided (e.g., logos, photos).

• Review and approve work in a timely manner.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

• If the project is canceled after partial completion, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work.

7. Limitations of Liability
Annie Marketing Studio will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from website downtime, third-party hosting issues, or changes to online platforms (e.g., Google, Wix).

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be posted at the top of this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
