Refund Policy

At Annie Marketing Studio, every project is approached with care, creativity, and clear communication. Because our services are personalized and time-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the work invested.
1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Deposits secure your spot in our schedule and cover initial preparation and planning time.

2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel before any work has started, your payment (minus deposit) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel after work has started, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Project Changes

  • If you choose to change the scope of work mid-project, additional costs may apply.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed portions of the project you no longer wish to use.

4. Digital Services

  • Because digital deliverables (design files, marketing plans, website builds) cannot be “returned,” no refunds are issued after final files have been delivered.

5. Missed Deadlines

  • If Annie Marketing Studio fails to meet an agreed deadline due to our error, we will offer either:

    1. A partial refund proportional to the delay, or

    2. Credit toward a future service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for you to be thrilled with your project.

  • If you are unhappy with our work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make reasonable revisions as outlined in your project agreement.
